There are several tabs that are used to view, search and add documents, you can also save in .pdf and print whole classification of created database.
Subjects tab: search trough Subjects and save .pdf file of database classification.
Search Subjects tab: search Subjects by name.
Search Documents tab: here you can search documents by several parameters like Name, Recipient Sender.
Add Subject tab: add new subject.
Add Document tab: add and attach new documents.
