ADM Premium is document management database with great custom designed stand alone user interface.
Individually designed header image and all buttons for great looking interface.
All operations including adding new category, editing and deleting documents and category are done trough stand alone application, so there is no need to enter Access Design mode for custom modifications (except assigning privileges to avoid accidental changes from inexperienced users)
Share database over network and use it simultaneously at the same time between several users. This way it becomes great DMS (Document Management System) tool that enables to you greatly increase productivity of your team.
Database is 100% working with the existing tables and forms, but you can also adjust it to suit your own needs.
- Add Department, Class and Subject
- Choose Department, Class and Subjest form drop down list
- Name your Document Name and enter details
- Link Document to database
- Select category or Document
- Edit any data you previously entered
- Search Subjects by Name
- ADM displays Subjects with all associated Documents
- Search Documents by:
Name, Recipient or Sender
- Show all Documents
- Search Documents by selected Department, Class and Subject
- Save classification .pdf file for review and print
Work with new, user-friendly graphic interface, including custom made head image, tabs and buttons.
After entering Document name and details simply attach link to Document.
There is no need to enter Access Design view in order to edit or delete entries which is particularly preferably for less experienced users. Just edit or delete whatever you need to trough stand-alone application.
Simple adding new Department, Class or Subject. No need to enter Access development mode, do it trough application with user-friendly interface.
If you want to view and print whole database content ordered by hierarchy, just save .pdf file and you are ready to go. ADM Premium will list hierarchy including documents in database.
